How do I cancel?
Sign in, open your account, click "Manage subscription." Stripe's self-service portal lets you cancel, change tier, or update card instantly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your first charge, write to support and we'll refund without questions. After that, we prorate the unused portion of the current month. We'd rather give you a refund than have you feel stuck.
What if I want to self-host instead?
That's Path B — and it's free. See /download/ for the architecture and setup. Free Navi's hosted edition (what you'd pay for here) and the self-hosted edition share the same codebase.
What if I want to use my own AI provider's key?
That's Path C — bring-your-own-key. Sign in, drop your OpenAI or Anthropic key into /byok/, and Free Navi relays through your account. You pay the model provider directly and never pay Free Navi a cent.
Why are the tiers so cheap compared to competitors?
Because the product is the only thing you're paying for. We're not funding an ad sales team, a data-broker pipeline, or a network of offices. Solo founder, lean stack, honest pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and a growing set of regional methods Stripe supports — Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL, and more depending on your country. All processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
